Zaanse Schanz 
Zaanse Schanz is a historic neighborhood in the province of North Holland. The De Zoeker mill is one of the neighborhood’s many well-preserved structures. The mill was built in 1672 and remains Zaanstad’s only active oil mill. The vegetable oil is harvested by crushing lindseed and rapeseed between large stones.
