Danco Island or Isla Dedo is an island off Antarctica that is two km long lying in the southern part of Errera Channel. Located off the west coast of Graham Land, it was charted by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition under Adrien de Gerlache from 1897–1899. The crackling ice sheet off the coast makes a unique sound and was captured in this recording.
