Isla Seymour Norte
North Seymour Island is one of the smaller of the Galápagos Islands. It was formed by the uplift of a submarine lava formation. It is home to a large population of blue-footed boobies, swallow-tailed gulls and magnificent frigatebirds. As the waves crash into the western side of the island, the occasional whistle of a booby can be heard.
