Smoking Water
At a length of nearly 1500 km, the Blue Nile River serves as an important tributary to the Nile River. Originating at Ethiopia’s Lake Tana, the river flows south to Tis Abay, or “Blue Nile” Falls. The water flow varies depending on the season, but the area remains a big draw for tourists and locals alike.
