Ciudad Amurallada
Cartagena is a very dynamic city and popular destination in Colombia. A modern skyline provides a stark contrast to the narrow streets and alleyways of the old walled city. A short distance outside the walls of the old city is the historic barrio Getsemani. In this area vendors toting fruit and vegetable carts can often be found. This particular vendor was selling avocado’s which in Spanish is aguacate.
