Utrecht is a city in the Netherlands whose origin can be traced back to the Roman Empire. As the religious center of the country since the 8th century, a number of churches are located in the city. Café Olivier in the city center was once a church, but has been converted into a bar with a unique echoing ambiance due to the old structure.
