Crisp Mountain Air
Western Montana’s rugged terrain was formed over millions of years, in part by the movement of glaciers. Their impact is most evident in the spectacular peaks of Glacier National Park, just south of the Canadian border. The melting snow of the spring and summer helps sustain the park’s many natural inhabitants, including a wide variety of wildflowers.
