DUMBO
Dumbo, short for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The area was originally a ferry landing and is characterized by 19th and early 20th century industrial and warehouse buildings. The most famous invention from the area is the cardboard box. This sound was recorded along the shores of the East River, with the trains from the Manhattan bridge roaring above.
