Bocce is a ball sport with roots dating back to the age of the Roman Empire. It is a very popular pastime in the Adriatic region of the Mediterranean. In the Croatian city of Trogir, older men gather to watch the game and provide commentary on the action. Though the games are casual, a friendly dispute occasionally breaks out.
